Our extra-curricular program is an integral part of education at LHS. These activities promote the physical, mental, social, emotional, and moral well-being of our students and prepares them for an enriching role in society.

We offer a variety of student-sponsored clubs and national organizations for student involvement.

Band

Our band, directed by Mrs. Emily Greve , plays at every home football game and for special occasions throughout the year. Contact Mrs. Greve for information about how you can get involved.

National Honor Society

NHS is more than just an honor roll! Our local chapter works to promote leadership in our school and completes service projects throughout the year. NHS also offers amazing college scholarships.

Student Council

Get a taste of a democratic government in action, and help deal with student concerns. Join student council and let your voice be heard.

Yearbook

Every year, our students plan, design, edit, and sell the LHS yearbook. We explore publishing, photography, and graphic design using programs like Microsoft Publisher, Photoshop, and more. Join us!
